Rubber ring is directly welded on this comb idler. Number and size of rubber ring can be customized. This comb idler is wear resistant, it can prevent belt from off tracking and keep belt clean.

PVC pipe is installed on this comb idler and rubber rings are installed on PVC pipe. It is wear resistant comb idler of long operating life. Number and size of idler rubber rings also can be order made in customer needs.
