Features
1. Our conveyor pulley is of stable structure, reliable performance and long operating life. It can work normally in dusty, wet and muddy environment.

2. According to carrying capacity, our head pulley can be divided into three types: light-duty, medium-sized and heavy-duty. Axle and center span can be different for conveyor pulleys. Diameter range of conveyor head pulley is among 500, 630, 800 and 1000mm.

Light Duty Conveyor Pulley: Axle diameter is between 120 and 180 mm. Axle and hub is single-button connected. It is of unidirectional output shaft.
Middle Sized Conveyor Pulley: 120 - 180 mm for axle diameter. Axle and hub are sleeve connected.
Heavy Duty Conveyor Pulley: Axle diameter is between 200 and 220 mm. Axle and hub are sleeve connected. It is of cast welded tube, unidirectional output shaft and bilateral output shaft are also available.

3. Chevron rubber cover is used for reducing friction, diamond rubber cover is suitable for bilateral conveyor.

4. Shaft block of our head pulley is lubricated by grease lubricating oil.
