Impact Idler

Conveyor impact idler is a type of belt conveyor idler. It is installed in the receive section to reduce the impact to the conveyor belt when the materials drop and expand the operating life of the conveyor belt. The buffering distance is between 100mm and 600mm.
There is a rubber ring on the surface of our impact idler, which increases the wearing capacity of idler. The idler is installed at the material feed point and the material emptying point to decrease the damage to the belt.
